Welcome to North Loft Yoga!
Whether you’re new to yoga, returning to yoga after time away, or a regular practitioner who’s new to our studio, we’re excited to have you in class! Our teachers excel at meeting you where ever you are in your yoga journey and we’re committed to fostering a culture of inclusion. We truly strive to support all of our students and help them grow on and off their mat. Our All Levels Yoga Class and Yoga Basics are a great place to start. Restore Yoga is also a good option for relaxed, slow pace yoga. Head on over to our “formats” page for full class descriptions.
Registering for classes ahead of time is recommended (you can register through the schedule page), you’ll be prompted to create a MindBody account. Walk-ins are also welcome however there is the possibility that the class will be full if you don’t sign up ahead of time.
We recommend you bring a mat and water for class. We also have mats available to use for free at the studio.
Classes are unheated, but radiator heat keeps our studio warm.
We don’t have a parking lot however street parking is generally available.
Doors open 15 minutes before class starts.
