Yoga Basics

This yoga class for beginners is designed to introduce new students to the basic yoga postures while still offering a challenging sequence to develop and grow your practice. Our instructors will give you lots of encouragement and personal attention so you can become comfortable with the postures, breath, and alignment. We recommend becoming comfortable with Yoga Basics before moving on to Vinyasa Flow.

All Levels Yoga

This yoga class is specifically designed for students at all levels of practice. The instructor will work with each individual student - meeting them where they are and helping them with the use of props to get them into an expression of each posture that works best for their body.

Vinyasa Flow

Faster paced and a little more advanced than our Yoga Basics class. All-levels are welcome, however we recommend you’re familiar with basic yoga postures to feel prepared for this class. Vinyasa focuses on syncing breath to movement; it offers challenging postures and transitions designed to deepen your yoga practice.

Yin Yoga

This is a more meditative approach to yoga aimed at building awareness of inner silence. Class is slow paced and postures are held for longer periods of time. The postures apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

Restore

Designed to help you release and let go of all the tension you store in your body. Relaxing, passive postures are held from 3-5 minutes with the use of props to help you melt into the poses. You'll leave this class feeling open and deeply relaxed.

Wine Down Wednesday

This candlelight, restorative class is designed to help you release and let go of all the tension you store in your body. Relaxing postures are held from 3-5 minutes with the use of props to help you melt into the poses. Sip on wine throughout class and relax with friends for a fun, mid-week treat. You'll leave this class feeling open and deeply relaxed. (Wine only for 21+ of course)

Yoga Sculpt

This fast pace, high energy workout is designed to strengthen and tone. We pair cardio, squats, and sculpting moves with basic yoga postures for a fun, challenging, music-driven class.

Vinyasa + Kriya Yoga

This class combines an active Vinyasa sequence with Kriya Yoga; blend the movement and power of Vinaysa yoga with the energy boosting and intuitive vision inducing effects of breath work.
